Here is how our EBS Executive Members can help you:
1) We sell test packages for the bio courses you are taking!! BIO152, BIO204, BIO205, BIO206, BIO210, BIO315, BIO360 and more. These test packages are extremely helpful, and CANNOT be found on the library website. Members get discounts!!
2) We run events throughout the year. We strongly urge you to come to these events. There is food, the biology proffesors from your courses will be attending, and more food!! These events help you engage more with your courses, and offer you advice into succeeding. As well, it is an amazing way for your professors to get to know YOU. Members get in for free!!
3) We sell various styles and sizes of labcoats at cheap prices.
4) All members are offered discounts to Princeton Review courses (i.e. MCAT courses). Get a $200 discount with our membership for these courses.
About EBS
At EBS, our goal is to improve the university experience for undergraduates in biology and related fields. To achieve this goal, we provide various services to help our members academically. For example, we provide access to old tests, organize study-technique workshops, mentorship groups and study groups and sell lab coats.
EBS also hosts and co-hosts several events that will be of interest to students in biology; guest speaker lectures, career information sessions, "Meet-The-Prof-and-TA-Night", first aid courses, and trips. EBS also serves as a pre-med club at UTM.
We also try to advertise other local events that would be of interest to our members. If you have an event that you would like us to advertise please let us know. Also, please have a look through our web site to see what we offer and how you can get involved.
Finally, as part of our mandate to improve the university experience for ALL of our members, we strive to make sure that all of our information and events are fully accessible to students with a disability. Please let us know how we can assist you.
